I've heard good things about the interior of these. I don't know much about them other than that. Enlighten me!

they have Flat 6 engines so should sound awesome with a good exhaust system and the EZ36 (in the later model) was the engine used in Gramps (and now Super Gramps) from MCM

It drinks a shit ton of gas, the interior looks like a space ship, it drives like a car because symmetrical AWD and boxer 6, there is no room for legs in the third row.

It is (i really care about that sort of thing), but the glovebox is very plasticky.

Never driven one.

It seems like a thoroughly ‘meh’ midsize crossover with nothing to really distinguish it. Subarus are distinctive because they’re cheap, reliable awd cars that compete in mostly-fwd segments. So in the crossover segment where everybody offers awd, being awd isn’t special.

Oh, and there was the horrible upside-down Alfa Romeo styling on the original front end before Subaru came to their senses.

Yeah, the only thing I don’t have are parking sensors and bluetooth. (Get parking sensors haha, the camera isn’t enough)

Was the body colored cladding part of a package?

Is it sheer size of the car or the visibility that solicits the need for parking sensors?

Sheer size, I’ve never had any real problems parking it, but sensors would help.

Not to my knowledge, I think from model year 2010 (?) the painting was standard.

Never driven one, seems oversized compared to the Outback. Might amuse you to learn that the first one I saw was in ... Tribeca. No shit.
